Lord Jesus I thank you for waking us up this morning, giving us life and strength. Lord, you know our hearts and thoughts, you know our needs and wants. Father, you know when our heart aches, and our minds think about pending matters, or how we will pay for something, or keep an obligation of ours. Some days our hearts grow heavy… We are just human, and need to hear from you, to feel you, and get lifted up. We need you to help us in this world. We need you Jesus. Please help us. Please send us angels, and favor in all applications we make, and all that is due to us, let it come in the right time. Please Lord, don’t delay, and give us a peace of mind today. We need to hear of good news. Father, we are putting our life in your hands. Thank you, Amen.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. …
The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry, but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.
